Terms of Use

The plain-English terms for using this website and requesting charter quotes.

Effective 9 October 2026

1. About this website

This website is operated by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker behind Best Private Jet Company. Best Private Jet Company is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

2. Estimates

Hourly rates, flight times, ranges and other figures published here are informational estimates intended to help you plan. They are not offers, and the quote for your trip may differ from them. Photographs illustrate the kind of travel we arrange and do not depict a specific aircraft offered to you.

3. Quotes and charter agreements

  • No quote binds you or us until a charter agreement has been signed.
  • The operating carrier for your flight is disclosed to you before you book, together with the aircraft type.
  • Every flight remains subject to confirmation by the operator and to aircraft availability. If availability changes before confirmation, we will tell you and look for suitable alternatives.

4. Taxes and fees

Quotes are presented all-in, including the taxes and fees known at the time of quoting, such as the 7.5% federal excise tax on domestic US flights and per-passenger segment fees. Changes requested after quoting, or conditions such as winter de-icing, may alter the final amount, and any such change is shown to you before you confirm.

5. Payment and cancellation

Payment, changes, cancellation and refunds are governed by the charter agreement for your trip. We encourage you to read it in full before signing and to ask us about any clause.

6. Traveller responsibilities

Please provide accurate information, make sure each passenger holds the documents the trip requires, and follow the crew's instructions. An operator may decline carriage where safety or the law requires it.

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its estimates; any liability that cannot lawfully be limited is unaffected. The flight itself is governed by the charter agreement and the operator's conditions of carriage.

8. External links

Links to public bodies such as the FAA are provided for reference only, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law

The laws of the United States and the State of New York govern these terms.

10. Revisions

We may revise these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies to your use of the site.
