1. Who handles your request

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Best Private Jet Company. References to "we" in this policy mean Charter Jet One acting for Best Private Jet Company.

2. Information we collect

The quote form asks for your name, email address and phone number, together with the details of the trip: trip type, departure and arrival points, dates, number of passengers and any notes you add. Alongside the request we store the address of the page that referred you, any campaign tags carried in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and your answer to the optional marketing box.

Card numbers, passport details and dates of birth are never requested through this website. If you book, the operating carrier may need passenger names and travel documents, and we will ask for them separately with an explanation.

3. How we use it

We use your information for three purposes: to respond to your request with aircraft options and pricing; to arrange, confirm and support the flight if you book; and, only where you ticked the marketing box, to email occasional offers such as empty-leg flights. You can withdraw that consent whenever you like with the unsubscribe link or a short reply.

4. Sharing

To quote and book your trip we share the necessary details with the direct air carrier that would operate it, and with providers that support our work, such as email and hosting services and, once you book, ground handling or catering suppliers. Each receives only what its role requires. Your information is never sold, rented or handed to other companies for their own marketing.

5. Retention

Request records are kept for as long as they are needed to respond, to complete and support a booking, and to satisfy legal, tax and accounting requirements. When they are no longer needed they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. The simplest route is to reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form; we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies beyond those strictly required for it to function, and it runs no analytics, advertising tags or tracking pixels. The fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical information needed to deliver them.

8. Security

Requests travel over an encrypted connection and are stored with access restricted to the staff who handle them. While no system is flawless, we take reasonable measures to protect what you send.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and travel for minors is arranged by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.

10. Updates

Any revision of this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes will be noted at the top.
