How we vet operators

Every aircraft on our quotes has passed the same checks. Here is the standard in full, and a checklist you can run on any charter quote, ours or anyone else's.

Our standard

Six checks on every operator and aircraft

These checks happen before an option reaches you. If an operator or aircraft falls short on any of them, it does not appear on your quote.

Air carrier certificate

We confirm the operator holds an FAA Part 135 certificate, or the equivalent air operator certificate abroad, and that its legal name matches the company on your agreement.

Aircraft on the certificate

The tail number we propose must be listed on that operator's operations specifications. We do not quote aircraft flown outside a certificate.

Third-party audits

We record ARGUS, Wyvern and IS-BAO status, level and date, and show it on your quote. If an operator holds no audit, we say so plainly.

Insurance

We keep a current certificate of insurance for each operator, with liability limits suited to the aircraft size and the trip.

Crew

Pilots trained and current on the type. For long days we plan duty and rest before quoting, adding a second crew or an overnight where the schedule needs it.

Aircraft details

We confirm the year, cabin layout and equipment such as Wi-Fi for the specific aircraft, and tell you if anything changes before departure.

Tick each item your quote or agreement already covers. The open items show what to ask. Everything stays on this page; nothing is sent anywhere.
